Spinning competition at the San river were the last ones from the Grand Prix series in 2019. That’s where the winner of the yearly cycle and the biennial National PAA team classification, a gate to participation in the World Championships, were to be decided. Mikado Fishing Team members also took part in that exciting event.
The day of the competition welcomed participants with a rather dull weather. Despite bad conditions and high level of water in the San river, that was the playing a role of a main competition proving ground, participants began angling. Our representatives did not think about quitting even for a moment and proudly presented their abilities. Final result granted Marcin Romańczuk a high, 5th position. Sebastian Mazur finished with a 9th place.
Competition had a really large impact on the final outlook of the yearly rank of the Grand Prix of Poland 2019, that had a significant influence on a final result of the biennial PAA National Team classification. Representatives of the Mikado Total Fishing team, due to their great performance and points gathered in previous rounds, took the following spots:
- In a yearly Grand Prix of Poland 2019 – 2nd place for Sebastian Mazur and 8th place for Marcin Romańczuk;
- In a biennial classification to the National PAA team – 1st place for Sebastian Mazur and 3rd place for Marcin Romańczuk.
Now Mikado Total Fishing team members are facing new, National Team related duties and excitement connected to participation in World Championships, that will take place between 31st of May and 2nd of June in Aurillac, France at the Cere river.
