Following the previous year's success of Fine Liner reel. we received numerous inquiries about its equivalent with a quick drag instead of a traditional freerunner spool system. To meet these expectations, Mikado has designed the Free Liner Quick Drag reel. The system uses a very narrow range of the drag which can switch in an instant from free spool system to tightly closed drag. The reel winding mechanism based on worm drive system ensures the ideal line positioning. A reinforced main axle provides enough strength to haul big fish. In addition to the classic size 12007, we issued the smaller compact version 7007 for quick trips and for those who don't need such a large reel.
An excellent carp reel equipped with a free spool system. Its body and rotor are made of hardened graphite, resistant to deformations. The ceramic cover of the steel ball bearings creates excellent protection from corrosion. Recommended for all kinds of ground fishing, especially those requiring placing the bait far off the bank.
